Community Gutter Cleaning
The main purpose of this project was to update the antiquated gutter systems. The system as it stood was funneling water towards the foundations fo the buildings causing long term problems. We were tasked with giving 5 custom solutions for each downspout and using our expertise to give a recommendation on which of the five solutions should be used for each downspout throughout the community. Our consultation was mindful of providing the best solution while maintaining the aesthetic of the community. We were able to modify the gutter systems for the entire 140 unit community within 15 work days.
