Concrete Pressure Washing
We perform pressure washing for North Hills on a counter-cyclical basis, cleaning only sections of the district on odd years to accommodate their budget. The popular shopping and entertainment district’s massive amount of foot traffic encourages us to get creative. We coordinate with property managers and businesses on day and night schedules to pressure wash and degrease sidewalks, curbs, streets and parking decks while avoiding windows. We use specialty treatments for tanning bleeding and hot water, high-pressure cleaning to remove stubborn chewing gum. We also touch up sections from previous jobs and perform site walks with managers to determine if any work outside of scope is necessary.
