Breezeway Pressure Washing
We prepared the breezeways by covering all fire alarm pull stations and other hard-wired electronics. We employed our soft wash process to safely remove all organic growth and loose debris from the interior breezeways throughout the community. This process consists of the application of our biodegradable mildewcide solution to all painted surfaces at low pressure, then fully rinsing all surfaces with fresh water, ensuring a uniform finish throughout.
