Pressure Washing
The Commonwealth has brought us in to maintain the mixed-use property’s immaculate appearance. This popular destination first requested monthly cleanings to remove tire marks and spills and keep the concrete white, but has recently upped the frequency to weekly.
We perform concrete surface cleaning starting early in the morning and moving section to section throughout the day while avoiding construction areas. Operations have to be performed during the day due to the residential areas, though we do perform back-of-the-house cleanings between offices at night.
Our pressure washing combines fully enclosed surface cleaners and medium pressure flushing with wands and X-Jet nozzles. We use industrial degreaser pre-treatments on food spills, buffered acid treatments on ferrous staining such as clay and rust, agitation with stiff-bristle brushes to remove graffiti, and flushing of insert pavers with medium pressure hot water. For now, we pay careful attention to the cream layer of the concrete that is still curing and avoid high-pressure surface cleaning.
