Vortex has been in business since 2001 and has served some of the largest property management companies in the triangle including Trademark, Wilsons Property Management, Drucker & Falk, and York Properties. We provide our services to residential, commercial, multi-family, and industrial clients.
Why Soft Wash: Soft washing is the ONLY way to properly wash a home without causing damage to siding, paint, window seals, etc. With soft washing, we use industry-standard and eco-friendly detergents to remove dirt, mold, mildew, and algae from the building’s surface while using only a few hundred PSI of pressure to rinse.
Roof Cleaning: Black streaks on your roof? That stain is an alga called Gloecapsa Magma and it actually shortens the life of your roof by not allowing the shingles to ever completely dry, therefore deteriorating them. Plus, it’s just plain ugly! Vortex uses a NO PRESSURE system that allows us to safely remove the algae, brighten the shingles, all without causing any damage to the shingle or the roof.
